I decided to title this blog post “Big Sister” because unlike most… well all maternity sessions.. This session ended up being more about the Big Sister rather then The Belly!!

Chelsea stole the show with this one! She was a model, a photographer’s assistant AND even a photographer during her Mom’s maternity session. During wardrobe changes Chelsea had to participate and I could no help but take some pics! So… Even though Maternity sessions are USUALLY about the belly, and my usual sneak peaks are all belly shots… This one is going to be a little different!!!

 Chelsea Officially became a Big Sister to Little Sister Bridget on August 10th! Congratulations Chelsea! I can’t wait to meet her!!
And a Big Congratulations to Mom and Dad as well, on your beautiful little girl!!

Meet baby Kyle! Kyle is baby #4, with 2 older brothers and 1 sister who I also had the privilege of photographing when they were brand new! I love it when my clients return and I get to meet their new additions, but also see their siblings and how big they have gotten!! Over the last 4 years I have been able to watch this family grow and it has been so exciting having them along for the journey while I grew in my photography as well!!

Knock Knock…. Who’s at the door?

Eeekk!! I just love how motherly Kyle’s sister is in the above picture!! SOOOO CUTE!!!!

As I prepare for a 4 hour road trip with hubby and the 4 kids, 2 nights of all of us in a tent and then a 4 hour road trip home, I just had to post a sneak peek for Mommy and Daddy, before I go, of sweet baby Talan, who I got to snuggle yesterday!

Meet 7 day old Miss Brynlee who was born 19 days early!
Brynlee came to the studio fast asleep and stayed that way right to the very end! She made a few little noises and whimpered a few times but never once opened her eyes! It was one of the fastest newborn session I have had in a while, and I am so excited about the shots we got! Here are a few sneak peeks!

Meet 8 day old Baby Ryder who only left me with 1 dirty towel for our entire 3 hour session! The studio was hot today!! Ryder decided he did not want to sleep for a good hour but I knew her would give in eventually… just like his older brother Colton who I photographed back in 2011!

Thank you Jay and Brittany for being as excited as I was about my first attempt at an outdoor newborn shot! I am so excited about how this turned out!!!

How cute are these 2 boys?!?! Melt my heart! Colton you did so great today!! Such a proud Big Brother!
